Organisation

In just a few days, in autumn 2021 March4Justice was created as a grassroots movement. On March 15, 2021 more than 200 events sprung up, in every state of the nation. A powerful network of women bonded as regional leaders connected. An incredible team of determined volunteers led the way, organising,  promoting and delivering events. 125,000 women and our allies marched, gathered and protested, demanding action now.

In the wake of the marches, the women who rose up to march 4 justice stayed united and looked for what is next. Continuing as a grassroots organisation, March4Justice established as a national organisation and registered as a charity whose mission is to advocate for the equality of women.

The Women’s March 4 Justice seeks to advocate for both structural and systemic change for all women by promoting equality as a base for eliminating violence against women.

The Women’s March 4 Justice works with all organisations, media, government,
schools, universities and community groups by providing a bridge to understanding
women’s lived experiences which can then be used to create the changes that are
needed to facilitate equality for women.

Women’s March4Justice Ltd (known as March4Justice) is registered as a charity with the ACNC .
